Aspekte der Digitalisierung und verändernde Entwurfs- und Planungsmethodik - AI in der Praxis von HdM

Steffen Riegas joined Herzog & de Meuron in 2010 as an architect in the Digital Technologies (DT) team. After gaining two years of experience in other international architecture firms, Steffen returned in September 2014 to take over as head of the team. With the establishment of the Digital Practice department, Steffen was appointed Head of Digital Practice in 2022 and has since led the Design Technologies, Business Information Systems, IT Services, and Digital Workshop teams. Steffen has been an associate partner at Herzog & de Meuron since 2020.

Steffen graduated from the Münster School of Architecture in 2007. Before joining Herzog & de Meuron, he gained experience at the architectural firms UNStudio in Amsterdam and 3XN in Copenhagen. He continues to lecture regularly at universities and leads workshops on the application of digital design tools in architectural practice.
