Jan R. Krause has been Professor of Architecture Media Management (AMM) at Bochum University of Applied Sciences since 2003. In his teaching and research, he focuses on current issues in architectural communication in times of climate change and artificial intelligence. Krause studied architecture at the Technical University of Braunschweig, ETH Zurich, and the Technical University of Vienna, as well as international management at the Vlerick Management School in Leuven-Ghent. He is the editor and author of several specialist books and has been a monthly AI columnist for DBZ since 2024. Since 2023, he has been the first chairman of the Deutscher Werkbund DWB e.V.
