Arthur R. Woods is a Swiss-American astronauticalartist, independent researcher, and entrepreneur. He has successfully realizedtwo art-in-space projects on the Russian Mir space station: the Cosmic Dancersculpture in 1993 and Ars Ad Astra: the 1^st art exhibition in Earthorbit in 1995. He has co-managed several studies for ESA. His company AstrostromGmbH was awarded a contract to investigate the feasibility called the “GreaterEarth Lunar Power Station (GE⊕-LPS)” tomanufacture Solar Power Satellite components from lunar materials.  He is a full member of the InternationalAcademy of Astronautics (IAA) and serves on its Permanent Committee on SpaceSolar Power.

Andreas Vogler, born in Basel in 1964, studiedarchitecture at ETH Zurich and worked in London, Munich, Delft and Copenhagen.His research focuses on prefabricated and lightweight construction and spacearchitecture. In 2003 he founded 'Architecture and Vision' and today directsthe Andreas Vogler Studio in Munich. The office works on aerospace,transportation and innovative architectural projects. Exhibitions took place atthe Centre Pompidou, works are exhibited at the MoMA and the Museum of Scienceand Industry Chicago. Current projects: Space-based solar power with Astrostromand a surgical robotic platform.
