Vernissage with performance

Stefan Winterle, born in Lörrach in 1976, started with graffiti in 1993. His activities in the small town were soon followed by the first consequences: he was in trouble with the law and the police and had to take a creative break. It was then that he started painting on smaller surfaces. He realised that the quality he was striving for could not be achieved on canvas. In the year 2000, he finally decided to fully commit himself to cutting and painting with stencils and then to spray painting his artworks. He finds inspiration everywhere. Adriano A. Biondo, born in Basel in 1961, is a photographer and creative director. He works in the fields of advertising, fashion, architecture, publishing and art. A winner of the New York Art Directors Club Award, he is a frequent guest lecturer in visual communication and architecture at various universities. Due to his work in Japan, he also became known as a mediator between the worlds of Japan and the West from the mid-1980s onwards.
