SFH Binningen

The detached house in Binningen, which was built in the 1970s, underwent structural alterations back in 2008, mainly in the areas of living and exterior design.

In 2015, the client decided to carry out further remodelling, which primarily affected the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as the design of the façade. As part of the bathroom renovation on the upper floor, the layout of the master bedroom was also adapted and a spacious dressing room was installed. The installation of new, almost frameless windows in the cooking and dining area created a link to the garden seating area and the extensive gardens. The façade, which originally appeared inconsistent due to its different materials, was standardised and modernised with simple measures.‍
