BKB Private Banking

For the property on Brunngässlein, BKB decided to install a private banking department. Blaser Architekten were tasked with the architectural realisation of the necessary interventions in the building, which dates back to 1976. This involved remodelling the ground floor, three upper floors and two basement floors.

The ground floor is now the heart of the private banking department. It houses a prestigious entrance hall with a reception desk suitable for events. In the quieter rear area, seven meeting rooms are grouped around an inner courtyard. The client advisors and team leaders have their workstations on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. These office areas were predominantly designed as open-plan offices. A kitchenette was installed as a communication zone for the bank employees. The two basement floors contain car parking spaces and storage areas that can be rented externally. A passenger lift connects all levels.

The central courtyard, which is already visible from the reception hall, is covered with gravel and planted with hard flowering shrubs.
