Due to the total renovation of Building A of the Spenglerpark in Münchenstein, Blaser Architekten AG was asked to take over the planning and realisation of the tenant's relocation of Chemgineering from Building A to Building C. The Chemgineering Group is a globally active consulting and planning company in the industrial sector with a focus on the GxP-regulated environment. This refers to the guidelines for 'good working practice', which are particularly important in medicine, pharmacy and pharmaceutical chemistry.

The existing interior fit-out on the 4th and 5th floors was dismantled and the areas were newly developed. The 4th floor was designed as an open-plan office with glazed meeting boxes and a small kitchenette. A new connecting staircase provides access to the office floor and the spacious lounge with terrace on the 5th floor.
