In summer 2016, we successfully handed over the Novartis 'Shop Centre' (building WSJ-502) to its users. The accommodation of several service providers - previously spread across the entire campus - now provides employees with a central service point for these various services.

The hall on the ground floor also offers the opportunity to have snacks and drinks on site and has already developed into a new meeting point. The building is a small, independent building with its own presence and at the same time opens up generously and invitingly to the newly designed piazza with its floor-to-ceiling glass façade. By opening up or removing the mezzanine floor, the effect of openness and spaciousness has been further enhanced and can also be experienced beautifully from the newly designed outdoor area. In the summer months, opening the large façade elements creates an interplay and interplay between inside and outside. The design was realised in collaboration with Jens Bohm Architekten from Zurich.
