The four interconnected shed halls dating from 1939-56 with an area of 1,834 m2 were combined to form an exhibition, workshop, office, shop and sales area.

The design was created in line with Ferrari-Maserati's corporate identity. Commercial hall aesthetics and automotive design merge to create an attractive environment for sales, service and car repairs.
