Residential and commercial buildings Unterdorf

Blaser Architekten AG brought about extensions to the use of the entire property owned by Assetimmo and Basler Versicherungen AG in a neighbourhood planning process from 2007-2010. This involved a total of four additional penthouse flats and the extension of the commercial space of the Credit Suisse bank branch on the ground floor of the Basler Versicherungen AG building. The realisation of the Assetimmo and Basler Versicherungen AG building projects and the refurbishment measures required due to the age of the building were realised and coordinated by Blaser Architekten AG from planning to execution. The flats were modernised while they were occupied.

The frontage was given a completely new look with its continuous, curtain-type parapet elements made of perforated, shiny gold aluminium sheet. A lift system was installed in the residential complex in connection with the addition of a storey to the roof on Spitzgartenweg - two flats and a flat extension with spacious roof terraces were created.
