SFH Pfeffingen

Surrounded by a park, this residential building from the 1950s is situated in a unique location. On one side, it borders directly on the agricultural zone of Pfeffingen, while its rear faces the Laufental valley over a steeply sloping cliff.

The relatively small and rather cramped house was extended on the ground floor with a spacious living area glazed on three sides. As a result, the interior connects with the vastness of the surroundings via a wooden terrace. The new kitchen is located in the original part of the house, but is only separated from the living area by a bar and thus also benefits from the spaciousness of the extension.
