Claragraben flat

Due to a change of tenant, the opportunity arose to comprehensively renovate the ageing old flat on the ground floor without destroying its charm. The surfaces were refreshed, the bathroom renovated and all installations renewed. With sustainability in mind, the built-in, long-lasting Forster kitchen was simply re-sprayed and fitted with modern appliances. A new staircase connects the flat's terrace directly to the courtyard garden, which now also belongs to the flat.
