The residential building at Burgunderstrasse 42 in Basel with commercial use on the ground floor and medical practice rooms on the first floor was completely renovated. The flat floor plans were also adapted to today's standards and all kitchens and bathrooms were replaced. The former flats on the 4th floor were extended with the space on the top floor to create two duplex flats.
