MFH Ennetbürgen

The property is located at the foot of the Bürgenberg and is south-facing, 150 metres above Lake Lucerne. Thanks to the generous glazing and the south-facing orientation of the rooms, the magnificent Central Swiss mountain panorama is always present. Facing the slope and the road to the north is a projecting structure that runs at an angle to the road and provides separate access to the condominiums.

The flats on the ground floor are accessed at ground level and have direct access to the garden. The terraces of the upper units are 50 to 65 m2 in size. The flats are divided into living and sleeping areas. The use of free-span ceilings means that the layout of the rooms is flexible.
