As part of our role as general planners and architects, we have been supervising the nationwide renovation of several branches of the Swedish fashion company Hennes & Mauritz for some time now. Our focus is on the spatial translation of the brand identity, grounded in a comprehensive corporate identity concept from the parent company. The so-called corporate architecture defines how the brand is represented in space: from material and color schemes to lighting, room structure, and pathways. It is designed to create a brand-typical spatial experience that ensures recognition and orientation for customers, regardless of the location.
As general planners and architects, our responsibility is to harmonize the corporate identity concept's guidelines with the respective structural conditions and local requirements on-site. We coordinate all planning and execution partners, manage quality, cost, and scheduling, and ensure the consistent implementation of the brand-specific design. The construction work is carried out by a selected general contractor.
Thanks to our extensive experience in retail expansion and our expertise in handling internationally standardized design guidelines, we deliver projects of this nature efficiently and reliably—among others, for COS, the premium brand within the H&M group. With an integral planning approach and a well-established network of partners, we develop solutions with the client that holistically combine functionality, brand identity, and customer experience.
