The new replacement building with new attractive rental flats is located on the corner of C.F. Meyer-Strasse and Auf dem Hummel, in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Basel's Bruderholz district. The decision in favour of a new building has made it possible to create more living space on the plot with state-of-the-art energy efficiency. The two lower floors are split-level flats, while the flats on the 2nd floor are connected to the top floor to form maisonette flats. All flats have a private outdoor area in the form of a covered loggia or a roof terrace.

The external appearance of the three-storey building with a recessed top floor is characterised by the clinker brick materialisation. The property has already been fully let from plan.
