Neuweilerhof residential development

The 'NeuWeilerHof' residential development at Neuweilerstrasse 91/93 is divided into the residential building along Neuweilerstrasse and the three atrium houses in the inner courtyard. The residential building, consisting of three full storeys and an attic storey, comprises spacious and bright 4.5 and 5.5-room flats, as well as a 5.5-room attic flat with a large south-facing roof terrace. The living spaces impress with a variety of views to the outside and within the flat, good furnishing options and separate day and night zones.

The atrium houses have two floors. They are primarily south-facing, with the outer houses orientated on three sides, creating generous views. While the upper floor has a strong connection to the outside, the ground floor is orientated inwards, towards the heart of the house, the atrium. Clear forms, large window fronts and plenty of light dominate the interior of the houses.
