In 2015, Lonza AG moved into its first premises in Stücki Park. Due to its growth and the positive experience from the first expansion of the core&shell areas, the company decided to rent the entire House A. Offices, laboratories, meeting rooms and a cafeteria were created here as a second location to the Lonza Tower.

The meeting rooms are concentrated on Level 0, while Level 1 is available to the Global Leadership Team and the company cafeteria (including catering). Particular emphasis was placed on an open floor plan structure and optimised communication and meeting zones.
