Expansion of Stücki Park by four buildings - three with laboratory and research areas and one with office space. The new buildings offer space for a total of 1'700 workplaces. The four buildings are connected by a shared three-storey plinth structure.u.

Each of the four new main buildings consists of a ground floor, two basement floors and seven upper floors (office: eight upper floors). The main entrance is located on level 1 and is accessed via the courtyards from Hochbergerstrasse and Badenstrasse.

On the upper floors of the laboratory buildings, a modular system of flexible and modular rental space for office and laboratory use enables the greatest possible customisation to the tenants' wishes and requirements. Consistent zoning of the upper floors allows free horizontal and vertical access to the laboratory areas and hygienically separates them from the adjoining office units and public areas.
